      With the situation regarding COVID-19 outbreak continually evolving, we will continue to monitor developments on a daily basis and will endeavour to provide updates to our business operations as the situation changes.

      For any agreed services between Simply Bella Beauty and the client that are unable to be performed due to external factors caused by the COVID-19 outbreak (enforced quarantine measures, supply chain issues, restricted movements), Simply Bella Beauty affords the client the right to;

      1. Reschedule their booking to a date and time where the impact of COVID-19 to health, safety and wellbeing is negligible.

      2. Use the cost of their booking as credit for any other service that Simply Bella Beauty offers. 

      3. If you have chosen to cancel your booking and have paid a deposit/booking fee, this amount is non-refundable but can remain as a credit towards a future appointment.

      4. If your Wedding is postponed we will hold your non-refundable Booking Fee/Deposit and transfer it to your new date.

      Cancellation of any booking must be communicated in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The complete booking fee will be retained by Simply Bella Beauty regardless of notice or reason given, due to administration and potential loss of other bookings.

      Once a payment has been made, we do not under any circumstances refund exisiting booking amounts or part thereof for change of mind or cancellations. For example: if the numbers of the bridal party are decreased before the wedding date, Simply Bella Beauty will charge the original price to cover the loss of other bridal parties turned away for the same date.

      If your scheduled booking coincides with any of the following restrictions put in place by the Queensland Government, a credit note will be issued to the value of money paid to be used on future booking(s). The credit note cannot be redeemed for cash and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
      Only under the following government restrictions will a credit note be issued:
      • Attending your booking is not a permitted reason to leave home.
      • Your booking is scheduled at a location where we are not permitted to provide our services.
      • You have booked for hair styling and performing this service is banned.
      • You have booked for makeup application and performing this service is banned.

      Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferrable at our discretion in the event of a date change (excludes peak times such as Spring Racing Carnival and New Year's Eve and is subject to date availability and conditions apply). New bookings must be within the same state.

      A $25-50 fee may be charged to make changes to a booking's date, time, location or other details, where that change results in lengthy administration time being incurred.

      Any parking fees we incur as part of the booking are to paid by the client, unless otherwise stated.

      Early fees may apply for bookings prior to 7am and late fees may be charged for bookings after 7pm.

      Any extra services rendered on the day will incur extra charges.
